angielskie CV a klauzula o ochronie danych

Witam

Pracodawca poprosił mnie o cv w wersji ang. Nie powinienem mieć problemu z tłumaczeniem, ale co z klauzulą którą się zawsze dodaje o ochronie danych osobowych? Czy dodać ją po Polsku? Czy ktoś ma tę regułkę prawną w wersji ang? (Praca w Polsce)

Proszę o pomoc

ja znam taką regułkę:

I hereby agree for using the personal data included in my job application as required by the recruiting process.

“I hereby declare that all the facts and information provided for this cover letter and CV are true. I allow my personal data stated in the abovementioned applications to be processed for the purpose of recruitment, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act dated 29/08/1997 (Dz.Ust.No.133, item 883)”.
