When applying for a job there is, in my opinion at least, not much difference if you are specialised in Business English, translation or anything else (with respect to the undergraduate course of studies). What counts are other, personal features of a candidate and the command of English (providing you are going to use this language). As far as your career is concerned, there are many different possibilities including teaching, translating or - what appears to be quite frequent nowadays - selling bank facilities (many students or graduates, regardless of their faculty, end up working in financial institutions ;-)
It's up to you, then, which direction your career develops!
