Czym one się różnią? Jedyne, co znalazłam to to, że PS "Usually, the timetable is fixed by an organisation, not by us". Ale dziennikarka wypowiadająca zdanie powyżej (z rządem) nie ustalała tego, a zdanie "The Government makes a statement later" jest, wydaje mi się, niegramatyczne.
