These days a lot of young people decide to leave learning to express oneself in sport. Let us consider the advantages and disadvantages of this idea.
Firstly, these people are healthy and do not become ill. They have a diet high in vitamines and minerals which are necessary to be wholesome and live longer. Addiotionally, it is a good way to be a well-known person. The sport acheievments make a person famous. After a while this person has a lot of supporters. It is also important to consider that a sportsman has a high salary. Every competitions and acheievments are well-paid, therefore an athletic is a wealthy person.
On the other hand, sport is not a certain profession. If the other person has better results a ,career of a weaker person is finished. Moreover, this work provides a lot of stress. Trying to be the best person and have the great performances makes a person stressed out what lead to a lot of psychic ilnesses. In this case, health is an illusion. Last but not least is fact that there is a huge risk of having an injury. After the accident, an athletic can heal for a long time. In many cases, the injures are incurable, what lead to disability or even death.
In conclusion, although this idea has a lot of positive aspects, in my opinion the disadvantages outweigh the advantages and a sport career is not certainly and safe work.

Illness to jest raczej mental, a nie psychic. Albo mental disorder, żeby ująć też zaburzenia (mniejszy kaliber).

Tekst robi wrażenie napisanego najpierw po polsku, a potem tłmaczonego :) To nie jest dobre, ale rozumiem, że na początku czasem konieczne. Musisz się wtedy trochę zastanowić, kiedy użyłaś danych słów w sensie metaforycznym, bo z reguły tak się nie będzie mówiło po angielsku. Np. ci sportowcy nie choruja - tak naprawdę masz przeciez na myśli, że chorują rzadko albo jest mała szansa, że zachorują. Albo leave learning - mówi się leave (albo quit) school, bo przecież de facto rzucają szkołę.

Wprawdzie nie byłam nigdy zawodowym sportowcem, ale wyobrażam sobie, że on jest jednak stressed out, a nie just stressed, skoro ma mieć aż chorobę?
