nie jest jasne. Ja zrozumialam 'in-patients' jako osoby ktore przychodza do szpitala w ciagu dnia zeby dostac zastrzyk czy cos takiego i wtedy ida do domu .
Zdanie..is recommended against...dla mnie niema zadnego sensu, albo bylo pisane prxzez non-nativa.

tam nie ma in-patients tylko 'in patients'. I thought I was the only one seeing things ;-))

ja zamiast 'in' (in patients) uzylabym 'for'...for patients...
Moze jak pisalam o 'in-patients, bylam w 'innym' stanie, bo jak Eartha spiewala 'I had a hard day last night'

'for' is not necessarily the best choice
'in' is the usual way to introduce patients in this context, especially as drugs are generally not prescribed by patients, that is, the advice is not for patients, but for medical professionals
