formy uzyte przez ciebie sa sub-standard w BrE, natomiast maja sie swietnie w AmE

"Outside of" for places is also alive and well in BrE. "Substandard" is out of place (unwarranted) here.
"Outside of" for "except for," however alive, is not so well on either side of the Atlantic.

you're quite right there - I'd meant to say 'non-standard'
