My neighbor Kate is mid-forties. J first met her on the meeting of residents committee and then she told us that she is alone, comes from Spain and lives at number 12 next to me.
In beginning, she used to be shy person, but now she is a pattern to imitation for everyone.
First of all, she has medium-length brown hair with a parting in the middle, she hasn’t got any wrinkles on her face. She is so pretty. Katy doesn’t look her age, she look quite young, so everyone ask her ‘how did you do it, that you look like a famous star?’ and she always have a modestly answers. Katy is not enough rich so she can’t to allow for buy everything what she need, but she is able to cook, sew and clean very well.
What is more, life has not treated Kate rather, because she has got very hard childhood. However Kate has always big smile and never give up. In terms of character she is stubborn, organized and outgoing so much, as she organizes many events for example meetings for residents or party for children. Kate is a teacher in a nursery school, so she love kids so much.
Kate has a lot of friends of different age, so everyone love her.
What is more everyone know that she is able to helps and finds the solutions in ever kind of trouble.
To sum up, Kate is the neighbor who I admire, since she isn’t only a neighbor but a close friends for me. We always like talking each other even all days. I’m so happy that she is my next-door neighbor.
