On the grounds of idiosyncratic program of the conference, in addition to a main meeting room we also need three or at the pinch four smaller meeting rooms. We are expecting 50 delegates and each of them we have to provide an accommodation for two nights.

I would appreciate if you prepare two separate quotations - one for guest rooms and another one for conference suite. We trust you will quote your lowest prices and this event will be the beginning of a fruitful cooperation. I would be also grateful if you could provide the quotations as soon as possible by fax or email (details below).

This year the conference will take place at the beginning of June (generalnie, z tego co ja wiem, hotele chca wiedziec dokladne daty, (beg to moze byc 2, 5, 10tego - musisz napisac dokladniej) and will last (ja dalabym 'for') two days. On the grounds of (przedimek) idiosyncratic programME of the conference, in addition to a main meeting room (na ile osob? musisz napisac) we also need three or at the pinch four smaller meeting rooms (na ile osob - napisz). We are expecting 50 delegates IN TOTAL and (wg mnie tutaj cos brak - nie jest calkowicie gramatycznie) each of them we have to provide 'an' (niepotr) accommodation for two nights.

I would appreciate if you prepare two separate quotations - one for guest rooms (tylko nie piszesz ile to ma byc pokoji - czy wszystkie 'single' czy tez 'twin-bedded' and another one for (przedimek) conference suite. We trust you will quote your lowest prices 'and' (zle slowo , ja dalabym 'as') this event 'will' (zly modal) be the beginning of a fruitful cooperation.

A teraz postaw sie w osobe czytajaca taki email - z ktorego wiecej sie dowiedziales i masz caly obraz co klient oczekuje od Ciebie?

Faktycznie, masz rację - teraz dokładnie wiadomo o co chodzi. Wcześniej oparłam się wyłącznie na informacjach podanych w zadaniu i ograniczyłam się do minimum, przez co wiele kwestii zostało niedopowiedzianych.
