Dear Sir or Madam.
I am writing to express my digust at the appalling treatment. I received while stay at your hotel. I stayed in your hotel with my employess on 20th November 2014. Together with the staff we took part participated conference in your hotel witch failed.
Find and foremost would like to draw your attention to the fact that the standard accommodation and hotel service left a lot to be desired. The computer that was designed for the presentation was very slow and the my presentation could not be started.
Although I have already talked to the customer hotel service twice, no action has beed taken. What is more we were wrongly informed about the time of which is to be a conference. For this reasons we were all dissatisfied. To make matters worse I was not provided with refreshment which were to be for employess. Due to this situations my company has lost employess, investors and a lot of money. My company will not be book any rooms at your hotel again.
Summing up, I suggest you should make your staff redundant. Taking into consideration all the toruble I suffered I believe I can expect apologies and I would appreciate it if you provided me with a full explanation for the poor service I recevied. I hope that I will not be forced to take any further action.
