Poland is regarded as 'the' 'A' country which has ITS own festive customs and
'he' (od kiedy Polska jest HE?) IT 'is celebrating them' (celebrates them).
BUT is it this way really? In the sequence of 'several dozen last years' (cos tu nie tak albo several year, albo last years) the technological progress 'much' (niepotr) HAS increased 'itself' (niepotrz) (tremendously).
New inventions were supposed to provide 'to' (niepotr) people with 'the' 'A'
comfortable life. In 'years 90' (nie, In the 1990s) the Internet became available to everyone. With the help of the Internet it is possible to talk with
'the' 'A' friend, to see...
At one time 'they' (they to znaczy co?) lasted 'for preparing for' (nie rozumiem pojecia tutaj) 'the' (bez the) Christmas and 'the' (bez the) Easter longer than today. Mums prepared traditional dishes AND THE children
decorated the Christmas tree. Today it is possible to buy ready- 'eating' (ready to eat albo ready made) (ale co? food/meals) 'by' USING the Internet without going out. For the 'generality' MAJORITY of people these
beautiful, family holidays became only 'a free time' (a holiday from work). They prefer 'all the day' (na koncu zdania) to 'examine' WATCH the TV (all the....)than to go to the family, to talk and to reminisce.
The old generation, our grandmothers 'still are' (zla kol slow are still) 'old' VERY tradITIONAL and are trying to pass their knowledge onto their children. 'and grandsons' AND GRANDCHILDREN. The new generation is constantly hard-pressed, 'he' THEY 'doesn't' DON'T have ANY time.
Over the course of time new holidays of for example Halloween,
'the' (bez the) Valentine's DAY turned up 'at' ON the calendar. Halloween is a holiday 'cared'? 31 October in the USA. In Poland it became popular at the end of 'years 90' THE 1990s). 'Is cared' (nie rozumiem tego) IT is celebrated? ON 01 November. Mainly numerous parties are 'being' (niepotr) organised in clubs, stage performances and screenings of 'a' filmS (chyba wiecej jak jeden film) Valentines are copying the Slav called holiday with Midsummer Night's celebration.
'Today is cared'( dlaczego uzywasz 'cared?) 14 February. In love 'they' (ale kto lovers?) are giving each other presents and they are writing poems to 'themselves' (nie, to EACH OTHER).
THE world is changing and people are 'taking turns' (nie, also changing?). In my opinion festive customs are important in 'the' (bez the) life since they 'are granting' GRANT special character TO these 'a' (bez a) few holidays, they are becoming magicAL and unforgettable. The technological progress can lead the tradition to totalLY becomE extinct. Then a holiday will 'differ in nothing' (nie, ..will not differ in anything) from 'the' AN ordinary day.
