I am writing to you to complain about THE hotel service. I reserved
apartament nr 205 FROM 25th January to THE 10th FEbruary 'A.D' (tego nigdy nie piszemy, rok jest 2008). I am outrageD by the way I was treated!
There was no running water (ale gdzie?) AND in addition THE central heating was broken. 'to take hotel service into consideration I was treated like AN animal' (tego to nie rozumiem - trzeba dac przyklady co i jak).
I demand a full 'refound' (ortog) and official apologies.
