I am writing to complain about radio Philips (E28). I was a customer in ‘Media Expert’ and three weeks ago I bought this radio. I want to Express my strong dissatisfaction with this article. When I bought the radio I believed this article is waterproof. The assistant spoke too, a radio Philips (E28) is waterproof. Unfortunately, when I arranged a party in the garden, it was raining. The radio stop a playing. I was angry, because my party it was a total disaster.
My friends came back to their home. I was depressed, too. I want to a waterproof radio.
Therefore, I don’t want to exchange this article. I demand a full refund of 125 $. I would appreciate a reply at your earliest convenience. Please phone after 5 pm. on 765-76-90.
