I will spend two days at 'anther' (co to za slowo? ANOTHER?) branch of the company where two members of staff are off sick.
If you can do 'it' (ale wczesniej pisales 'jobs'-l. mn- to tutaj THEM) for me I will be grateful. 'for you' (niepotrzebne).
The first task is 'following' (nie, nie tak - lepiej...AS FOLLOWS:) make two telephone calls to customers and 'telling' TELL them THAT their orders will arrive three days later than (ale kto? WE?) promised, 'becouse' (prosze poprawic to slowo, nauczyc sie jego pisac, i nigdy wiecej nie pisac jego blednie) of a machinery 'brakdown' BREAKDOWN. THE 'Telephones' TELEPHONE numbers and names OF customers are on your desk.
The second task is interviewing 'at' (niepotr) '2 mp a Mr J King' (a MR. J. King 'at 2p.m' (lepiej nie tutaj) who has a complaint about a bedroom suite he bought. (He will be coming in at 2p.m.)
Next go to THE bank and pay by cheque for THE delivery from John Smith.
At the end (ale end czego? dnia? czy jak skonczy te 2 jobs?) check THE company's e-mail.
