Dear Kate,

How are you? I’m very well. I Spend my last Christmas in home in Poland with my family. We spend it at my grandma house. We eat very typical 12th dishes, for example: carp, mushroom soup, delicious dumplings with mushrooms and cabbage. We drunk a delicious compote. New years eve I spend with friends. We was in Zakopane and there was so exciting.
I must write you a funny story. Last month when I was in the supermarket I saw very exentrical person. This woman wearing pink raincoat and singing If I were a rich girl. She was looking very funny. People thinking she is crazy. When I saw she I was impressed and I started laughing and crying, because she is looking like a clown.
Yesterday my friend have a fire in house. He lost a furniture, clothes. He must change everything – kitchen, bathroom , rooms . Now he hasn’t got any money to renovate these house, so I have new flamate and we are living together in Area Street.
Where you will back to Poland? I miss you very much! I’d love to see you. Write to me soon!

supermarket I saw A very 'exentrical' (ortog i zled slowo) person. This woman WAS wearing A pink raincoat and singing 'If I were a rich girl'. She 'was looking' LOOKED very funny. People 'thinking' THOUGHT THAT she is crazy. When I saw 'she' (she to 'ona' - popraw|) I was impressed and I started laughing and crying, because she 'is looking' LOOKED like a clown.

He 'must' HAS TO change everything - kitchen, bathroom, 'rooms' (cos tu nie tak). Now he hasn't got any money to renovate 'these' (these odnosi sie do l. mnogiej- tutaj THIS) house, so I have A new flamate and we are living together in Area Street.
'Where' (gdzie?) 'you will' (zla kol slow- WILL YOU BE) back 'to' IN Poland?
