I am writing with regard to your poster on school noticeboard. I am interested in taking part in protecting the local wildlife. I would like some further information about it.
To begin with, I would appreciate it if you could tell me how long the enterprise is and what time it starts. Could you please let me know what exactly we will do.
Moreover, I would like to know whether I need to wear special clothing or bring equipment with me. For example, will refreshments be provided or do I have to bring my own? Finally I would be grateful if you could where exactly it is.
