The feminisation of the teaching profession.
In most of primary schools and the kindergartens work only women.
So we can ask: what about men ? Statistically, only 10% of all teachers in kindergartens and primary schools are men.
Here we have another question: why so few ? In my opinion, main cause are stereotypes.
People tend to assume that only woman are able to educate and teach children. Men are necessary in this profession and it's a fact.
Firstly: man gives more possibilities to improve patterns of living life.
Secondly, men have a different psyche from women. They are most firm than women and in fact kids may have a better emotional balance. Thirdly, kid educated without father have no authority of both parents.
Men are honest of what they're talking and doing. That's a reason why kids can admire them.
I think the lack of men in the lives of children is a cause of many problems. There are no rules in children: duty, responsibility, self-discipline, which always had a men culture. How to be men, boys do not learn from their fathers or men - teachers, but mostly on women. an interesting fact is that minister of education wants to give scholarships for Masters students majoring in education of small children.
Not everyone man may be a teacher. You must love work with kids and it should be your passion. We're not able to solve this problem when the stereotypes are ruling.
Teacher is not a job for women only, and we must remember about that.
