A looking-for-employment student

Temat przeniesiony do archwium.
Good evening,

As an English Philology student, I was recently encouraged by different professours and english coaches to start looking for a non-profitable job in the field of English translation. However, majority of offices I've encountered on so far is willing to offer such employment only for experienced translators. Could you pass me information about institutions that hire students having only amateur kind of experience?

However, majority of offices I've encountered on so far

Dlaczego on?
Uważam że majority = plural (w kontekście j.w. ;)
As an English Philology student, I was recently encouraged by different 'professours' (popraw) and 'english' (popraw) coaches to start looking for a non-profitable job in the field of English translation. However, (przedimek) majority of 'offices' (wg mnie zle slowo) I've encountered 'on' (nie rozumiem po co to slowo jest tutaj) so far 'is' (popraw) willing to offer such employment only for experienced translators. Could you pass me information about institutions that hire students having only (przedimek) amateur kind of experience?
