Bardzo prosze o pomoc w przetlumaczniu(sprawdzenie) streszczenia do prezentacji pracy magisterskiej. Musi to byc napisane fachowym jezykiem itd. Nie wiem czy moje tlumaczenie jest w miare poprawne?

Współczesny klimat Polski odznacza się zwiększoną chwiejnością wywołaną z jednej strony wyraźnym wzrostem temperatury powietrza w dwu ostatnich dekadach XX w i wzrostem współczynnika zmienności opadów. Celem pracy jest analiza ekstremalnych warunków termiczno - opadowych w Krakowie w latach 1901 – 2000. Wykorzystano wartości średnich miesięcznych i rocznych temperatury powietrza oraz sum opadów atmosferycznych.
Zaobserwowano zwiększenie częstości występowania miesięcy skrajnie ciepłych i bardzo ciepłych pod koniec badanego okresu. Zjawisko to jest spowodowane stopniowym wzrostem średniej rocznej temperatury powietrza. Średni przyrost długości okresu wegetacyjnego na 10 lat wynosi 2,3 dnia. Uzyskane wyniki pod względem opadowym są potwierdzeniem tezy o zwiększającej się zmienności opadów atmosferycznych.
Uchwycono jednoczesne występowanie i nakładanie się na siebie niekorzystnych zjawisk termicznych i opadowych (niskich opadów i wysokiej temperatury oraz jednoczesne występowanie niskiej temperatury i wysokich opadów).

As a result of air temperature which has increased notably in last few decades and changes of the precipitation, the climate in Poland is now more variable. The main target of my MA thesis is the thermal and precipitation analysis which shows extremely big anomaly of weather conditions in Krakow in 1901 – 2000. The parameters of average monthly and annual air temperatures and total precipitation has been used.
Increasing incidence of extremely warm and extremely hot months has been observed in the end of investigated period. This situation is caused by gradual increase of annual average air temperature. The value of the length of vegetation period increase average by 2,3 days in every 10 years. Precipitation results confirm increasing variation of precipitation.
An incidence of bad thermal and precipitation conditions was noticed in the same investigated period (low precipitation and high temperature and low temperature and high precipitation)

This situation is caused by a gradual increase in average annual air temperature. The length of the growing period has increased by an average of 2.3 days in every 10 years. The precipitation data confirm increasing variability of precipitation.
Overlapping adverse thermal and precipitation conditions can also be observed in the study period (low precipitation and high temperature and low temperature and high precipitation)
