Problem z dwoma zdaniami - pilne!

Witam, mam problem z dwoma zdaniami - proszę o pilną pomoc.

1. "The company may terminate this agreement without notice or payment in lieu of notice."
2. 1. Firma moze Cie zwolnic bez zadnego wypowiedzenia, ani zadnej kompensaty pieniedznej za okres ktory powinnienen byc tytulem wypowiedzenia.
2. Firma moze (tylko jak sobie tak ustali) zaplacic Ci za okres wypowiedzenia, i w razie kiedy bedziesz pracowal dalej (na wypowiedzeniu) moze zobowiazac Cie do nie wchodzenia do firmy ani ich obszaru, i kazac Ci wykonywac calkowicie inne obowiazki od tych ktore wczesniej byly ustalone i to w calkowicie innym miejscu.
