Witam! Mam problem ze zrozumieniem słowa "to doctor" w tekście;
" The same style of politics that put off investors- doctoring inflation, fixing prices, leaning on the courts and legislature(..) "

to doctor znaczy falszowac, moze w tym kontekscie bedzie spekulowanie?

when you 'doctor' something, you tinker with it, you change it to suit your needs.
