Thirsty oznacza spragniona w sensie pragnienia wody.
Jeżeli chodzi o pragnienie uczucia, pragnienie mentalne, to lepszym słówkiem wg mnie będzie desiring.

Lonely, desiring love and freedom.

Ale sugeruję Ci poczekać na wypowiedź jeszcze kogoś.

Użycie thirsty w tym konteksie jest jak najbardziej poprawne, tak samo jak hungry for love.

Yep :)….. as long as she’s a young spiffy doll-face thirsty for so-called ‘love’ and her skin is tight and firm but wait till she turns into a homely as a mud fence ‘missy’ and her skin starts to sag…but then again, she might always put something like ‘ long loose and ready for use’
( well, maybe not always that ‘ready’ )

Last time I ‘ve heard ( it was all over the news ) one botched his job completely, which almost sent one Swedish girl straight to a boneyard. Now she’s in a coma, just a vegetable.
The only hope for this poor girl is ‘to climb one step up the ladder’ and be classified as yet another wheelchair material candidate. I feel sorry for her. Really.

Two points.
1. You cannot improve on mother nature i.e if God had intended me to be beautiful and intelligent, he would have given me those characteristics, as it is - I've only got one.
2. You may have the body of a 20 year old (after numerous operations) but your 'mind' will still be old. Now, if only they could stop your brain cells from disintegrating, now that would be something....
