Czy poprawne jest te zdanie: If she won't stop smoking she will soon develop some disease.

If she doesn't stop smoking she will soon get some diseases.

it is ok to say that when someone refuses to do something as in:
'If he won't have an operation, you'll have to investigate alternative forms of treatment.'
similiar to that you can use 'will'with 'if' when to show that you disapprove of another person's insistence on doing something as in:
' If you will eat snacks between meals, you can't expect to lose wight.'
