Those 'they' are imperial armies. What is the meaning of quoted sentence? Does it mean that planets resonating with this laughter, or rather that fighting with Dark Gods is obeying their will anyway; or worlds are obeying Dark Gods, but they burning anyway? ...
I am trying to decipher this from yesterday. Please help me;]................
