University of Dundee i SAAS

Ostatnio dostałem takiego maila od University of Dundee:
"Based on the information provided in your application we have calculated that you are EU for tuition fee purposes. This is known as your Fee Status and governs the level of tuition fee you will pay for your course at the University of Dundee, for the entirety of your course.

EU fees are set by the Scottish Government and are usually £1,820 per year. You can apply to the Student Awards Agency for Scotland (SAAS) to have your fees paid.

If you DISAGREE with the above assessment of your fee status and wish to appeal, you should complete our online questionnaire at: [link] within 10 working days of the date of this email. Appeal submissions received after this date will not be considered. "

Mam wypełnić ten formularz jeśli nie zgadzam się żeby SAAS za mnie płaciło czy jeśli nie zgadzam się samemu płacić?

jezeli nie zgadasz sie z trescia pierwszego akapitu: 'that you are EU for tuition fee purposes'
ale chyba sie zgadasz? Sa jakies lepsze statusy, z ktorych moglbys skorzystac?

Też miałam wątpliwości po otrzymaniu takiego maila :) Ciekawe kiedy będą oferty z Dundee, bo trochę się niecierpliwię

Jednak znalazłem podobny wątek an tym forum i dowiedziałem się żeby po prostu to zostawić :)
Też czekam na odpowiedź z Dundee, jak narazie tylko 2 uczelnie na 5 dały mi odpowiedzi (na szczęście conditional) jeszcze 3 uczelnie mają decyzję do podjęcia :)
