Bo jest "this is the first time". Po "this/it/that is the first/second/third/only/best/worst" itp używamy present perfect.

Gdybyś zmienił "is" na "was" to potem użyłbyś past perfect.

A po "this is the last time" możliwy jest present simple, present continuous i future simple.
