Hi there:-) I have a little problem with a training program (the Navy Seals one) because it's written in english, and I don't know what a "dip" is. For example: Monday:
6x35 push ups
(...)
3x15 DIPS
Please, could someone help me? I've searched almost every particular dictionary, and still no result... Please tell me, what a "dip" is, because I'm curious about that training program!
