Although death penalty has already been cancelled in most European countries, this way of punishment is still reputed as the best solution when it comes to assassins or killers. Nonetheless, nobody can disdain other human beings’ life and the vengeance does not seem to be fair, either. I will try to weigh up good and bad sides of death penalty.

To start with, there are a lot of supporters who would like death penalty to be in force again, because it has countless advantages. First of all, it would make many criminals more aware of their being unlikely to get away without getting toughly punished. Furthermore, there would be a distinction between a burglar and a murderer. They may both be imprisoned for the same period of time these days what is utterly unfair.

As opposed to the aforementioned arguments, there are those who stronly appreciate the value of life, therefore they do not accept death penalty at all. It does not matter how ominous crime one commits. It will be justified, because one is only a human being. Moreover, nobody on earth can decide who should live or not. People can claim whether a defendant is guilty or innocent, ableit the decision about the life of this person belongs to God.

In conclusion, there are both positive and negative aspects of sentencing to death. In my opinion, in spite of the suffering of prisoner’s relatives, this punishment could prevent others from commiting terrible crimes. I am not convinced that it would be the best option, however, I am sure it is the lesser of two evils. Through introducing this way of punishment, the world could become better and safer and this is the main target many citizens have been pursuing.

I will try to weigh up THE good and THE bad 'sides' (moze aspects) of THE death penalty.
First of all, it would make many criminals more aware of their being
unlikely to get away (tutaj potrzeba cos- with the crime)without getting 'toughly' (nie-lepiej punished in a tough way) punished.
...They may both be imprisoned for the same period of time these days 'what' (NIE, tutaj potrzeba 'which')is utterly unfair.
As opposed to the 'aforementioned' (dobre slowo, ale b. stare, nieuzywane czesto, mozna 'these') arguments...
...It does not matter how 'ominous' (wg mnie lepiej heinous) A crime one commits. Moreover, nobody on earth 'can' (lepiej uzyj should) decide who should live or DIE. People can 'claim' (lepiej 'decide if' albo 'whether') 'whether' a defendant is guilty or innocent, ableit the decision about the life of this person belongs ONLY to God.
In conclusion, there are both positive and negative aspects of sentencing SOMEONE to death. In my opinion, in spite of the suffering of THE prisoner's relatives, this punishment could prevent others from commitTing terrible crimes.

odnośnie toughly - in a tough way
to drugie jest bardziej oficjalne? albo toughly brzmi jakos nienaturalnie? :-) czy jak

ja bym napisał severely punished

1)...is still reputed as an effective solution...
2)...disdain human life...
3)...COUNTLESS advantages(czy oby napewno jest to opinia zwolenników czy twoja?
4)...GETTING punished - odradzałbym używania get w sensie be w wypracowaniach.
...GET away without GETTING toughly punished - trochę masło maślane.
5)...a distinction between a burglar and a murderer. (takie rozróżninie istnieje i oba przestępstwa podlegają innej karze). Jeżeli twierdzisz, że za te przestępstwa można dostać tyle samo lat, to poprzyj to przykładem - mnie to nie przekonuje.

Proszę pamiętać, że aby napisać dobrą rozprawkę nie wystarczy wykazać się biegłością w posługiwaniu się językiem ale i znajomością tematu.
