Although THE death penalty has already been 'cancelled' (znajdz inne slowo)in most European countries, this way of punishment is still reputed as the 'best' (w jakim sensie?) solution when it comes to assassins or killers. Nonetheless, nobody can disdain ANother 'human beings'' (lepiej po prostu ..another human life) and the ACT OF vengeance does not seem to be fair, either. I will try to weigh up THE good and THE bad 'sides' (moze aspects) of THE death penalty.
First of all, it would make many criminals more aware of their being
unlikely to get away (tutaj potrzeba cos- with the crime)without getting 'toughly' (nie-lepiej punished in a tough way) punished.
...They may both be imprisoned for the same period of time these days 'what' (NIE, tutaj potrzeba 'which')is utterly unfair.
As opposed to the 'aforementioned' (dobre slowo, ale b. stare, nieuzywane czesto, mozna 'these') arguments...
...It does not matter how 'ominous' (wg mnie lepiej heinous) A crime one commits. Moreover, nobody on earth 'can' (lepiej uzyj should) decide who should live or DIE. People can 'claim' (lepiej 'decide if' albo 'whether') 'whether' a defendant is guilty or innocent, ableit the decision about the life of this person belongs ONLY to God.
In conclusion, there are both positive and negative aspects of sentencing SOMEONE to death. In my opinion, in spite of the suffering of THE prisoner's relatives, this punishment could prevent others from commitTing terrible crimes.
