Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to you to express my total dissatisfaction with the delay of train which was going from London's Main Railway Station to the London City Airport on last Sunday (21st June).
I have already written to carrier's office, but the story about broken train have not made an impression on me, because the train was brand new and costs of production were not low.
My waste of money came to 300 pounds because the train was one hour delayed. According to that situation I missed my last airplane to Poland, so I had to book a room in hotel for one night. Accommodation in the London's hotel is very expensive, that is why so much money were spent.
Taking into consideraion all the trouble I experienced, I hope I can expect a full refund.
