The topic of our presentation is healthy lifestyle. Healthy lifestyle is very important to our body, because this we feel great and have lots of energy.
The main point we will talking about are firstly healthy eating, secondly sport an finally taking care of your body and soul.
Let's start with healthy eating. Healthy eating means eating a variety of foods that give you the nutrients you need to keep your health, feel good, and have energy. These nutrients include protein, carbohydrates, fat, water, vitamins, and minerals.
Nutrition is important for everyone. Unhealthy diet causes many diseases.
If you want to be fit and healthy you should follow the simple rules:
Start your day with a good wholesome breakfast;
Base your meals on wholegrain foods;
Limit sugar, salt and saturated fat;
Eat meals regularly;
Drink plenty of water.
