Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing in connection with a computer which I purchased last week in your shop.

Computer worked perfectly well for the first five days. On Monday when I was turning on the computer I saw message on the screen about problems with software. My friend was trying to fix it using system backup but computer still does not work. In addition, I want to express my strong dissatisfaction with your product. I hope you will send your employee to me who can resolve that problem. I think that fixing services should be for free, because your product has two year warranty. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
