Dear Sir Dixie Stewart
Last week I have heard very interesting interview with one of the most successful manager ,who cooperate with our rival in the market. He spoke about the brand identity and about, associated with this issue, corporate identity. I agree entirely with his attitude to this issue and I want to carry out implementation majority of his solutions. That is very serious problem in our company, because we have conducted visual audit, which means interviews and analyses on company products, and the result of that audit are disturbing. Meanwhile, we have examined public opinion and the results also are bothering. Only 40 percent of respondents could recognize our brand and indicate properly our products. I have conducted the meeting with my cooperators with the brand identity as the main topic. We have decided that the best way for improve our brand is to prepare and implement the new strategy of advertising our products to achieve better results. Manager from the interview told interviewer that there are some challenges, which company must face. Task for Yours Department in the nearest two weeks is prepare report about problems with our company identity. In this report should be attached three various solutions to this adverse situation, which You will present on the next board meeting.
