zdania po angielsku

proszę o sprawdzenie czy te zdania są poprawne, czy nie ma jakiś błędów.

1. w mieście brakuje miejsc do parkowania – There are not enough parking places in the city/The city lacks parking places.
2. w mieście autobusy są pod ręką – Buses are at hand in the city.
3. Idę na ogórdi działkowe, ponieważ jest tam fajna ściezka po której lubię biegać - I go to allotments because there is a nice path that I like to run along.
4. mój pies wykonuje wszystkie moje polecenia, kiedy mówie by został przy nodze, wykonuje to - My dog performs all my commands , when I tell her to stay by my leg, she performs it.
5. ludzie używają maszyn żeby zrekompensować nieumiejętność latania – people use machines to make up for inability to fly.
6. nie ma żadnego zagrożenie dla prezydenta – there is no threat to the president.

2. Sprawdz sobie znaczenie at hand
4. np... when I tell her to heel, she obeys.

2. no 'at hand' znaczy pod ręką, w pobliżu, więc.... ?
4. tutaj nie powinno być czasem 'heel' zamiast 'to heel', oczywiście też w cudzysłowiu ;) ; moja wersja jest tutaj zła, źle brzmi, czy coś innego ?

1. Zastanawiam się jednak, czy 'the city lacks parking places' jest OK :/ - czy raczej źle brzmi

1. There are not enough parking places in the city/The city lacks parking places. ...mozna tez. There are insufficent parking spaces in town/city
2. Buses are 'at hand' (cos mi to sie nie podoba...moze..to hand) in the city.
3. I go to THE allotments because there is a nice path THERE that I like to run along.
4. My dog performs all my commands , when I tell her to stay by my 'leg' HEEL, she 'performs' (nie, moze ...carries this out) it.
5. people use machines to make up for THEIR OWN inability to fly.
6. there is no threat to the President....
(przypomnialo mi sie cos o Prezydencie, pamietam jak Nixon kiedys mowil...There will be no white-wash at the White House)
