I am writing with regard to the fact that most likely I will not be able to appear in class on 19th March. My absence is caused by the onerous flu and I am afraid that unfortunately I have to skip the test.
I would be grateful if you could kindly inform me if there is any chance that I can take the test next week or on 27th March during your on-call time.
I attach a sick note as a confirmation of my indisposition.
