Daphne Koller told us what people were learning from online education. She was a lucky person, because she graduated from the best university. She had a lot of oportunities. Despite that, she know that a lot of people in the world are not so lucky. Some of them don't have an opportunity to study at university, because there are not enough spots (for example South Africa) or they have not enough money. Even in the USA the education tuition has increased at almost twice the rate. She also noticed that only a little over half a recent college graduates in the USA were working in jobs that require their education. Dophne Koller's cofounder Andrew carried out an experiment. It shows that e-learning is very interesting for students. E-learning enables Dophne to bring the best education to many people. They formed Coursera. Its goal is to take the best courses from the best instructors at the best universities and provide it to everyone around the world for free. They have 640 000 students from 190 countries. Coursera is the programme for people of all ages. What is the best information is, the Coursera really works. Dophne said that students have to do the real homework assignmnets for a real grade, with a rel deadline. Because of that the Coursera is so different. At the end of the Coursera, the students got a certificate. They could present that certificate to their prospective employer or to an educational institution. Andrew and Dophne break away from monolithic one-hour lecture. They know that students have to repeat the material to really understand it. Their videos for example pauses and the students get asked the questions. What is more, they noticed that a peer-grading is an effective strategy. Students grade each other's work and learn from the experience. At the Coursera people can make use of a question and answer forum. In this way they have a contact with people from all over the world. These interactions are deeper than in the physical classroom. Dophne thinks that the universities should spend more time at ingniting student's creativity and talk with them. It is very simple. The active learning enables students to improve their skills, grades and interst. She draw an attention to that people of all ages should learn. Moreover, amazing talents can be found anywhere, for example in Africa. This talent can make the world a better place.

To jest za dlugie, jak to ma byc 'krotkie streszczenie)

Daphne Koller 'told us' (za niskie wyrazenie, tutaj 'informed'explained - cos takiego) what people 'were learning' (zly czas) from online education. She was 'a' (niepotr) lucky 'person' (niepotr), because she graduated from 'the best university' (jak znasz nazwe to wpisz tutaj..tak samo jak powiemy 'she graduated from Oxford).
'Despite that' (to jest zle okreslenie, i wg mnie niepotr, wystarczy However,) she 'know' (ale przeciez 'she' to jest 3os.l.poj, dlaczego sie nie dostosowales do tego, ale nawet ja bym dala wyzsze slowo, she believes, understands - cos takiego) that a lot of people in the world are not so lucky. Some 'of them' (niepotr) 'don't' (daj to w calosci-nieladnie tak) have an opportunity to study at (a gdzie jest przedimek?) university, because 'there are not enough' (daj to wiecej naukowo, because of insufficient'- naucz sie uzywac slowo, wiecej naukowe i scisle) 'spots' (nie rozumiem co to jest) (for example (tutaj wg mnie cos brak) South Africa) or they 'have not enough money' (napisz to na wyzszym szczeblu, uzywajac 'insufficient funds). Even in the USA 'the' (niepotr) education tuition has increased at almost twice the rate (le czego? inflation?). She 'also' (niepotr- to ma byc 'streszczenie' to sie streszczaj) noticed that only a little over half a recent college graduates in the USA 'were working' (zly czas, tutaj wystarczy 'worked'-bo to jest fakt) in jobs that requireD their education. Dophne Koller's co-founder Andrew carried out an experiment. It 'shows' (zly czas, tutaj 'showed') that e-learning is very interesting for students. E-learning enables Dophne to bring the best education to many people. 'They' (kto? co?) formed Coursera.
'What is' (niepotr) The best information is, THAT 'the' (niepotr) Coursera really works. Dophne 'said' (daj inne slowo, uzyj cos fachowszego) that students have to do the real homework assignmnets for a real grade, with a 'rel' (ortog) deadline. 'Because' (nie zaczynaj zdan z tym slowem, lepiej ...This makes..) 'of that the' (niepotr) Coursera 'is' (niepotr) so different. At the end 'of the Coursera' (niepotr), the students 'got' (wg mnie, tutaj 'get') a certificate. 'They could present that certificate' (daj to inaczej i wiecej fachowo...This certificate can be presented) to their prospective employer or to an educational institution.
They 'know' (daj inne slowo, np. 'believe') that students have to repeat the material to really understand it. Their videos for example (tutaj dodaj 'have') pauses and the students 'get asked the questions' (cos mi tu niepasuje - czy students are examined?). What is more, they noticed that 'a' (niepotr) peer-grading is an effective strategy.
At the Coursera people 'can' (niepotr, bez tego, to zdanie znaczy ze 'to robia, a nie tylko 'maja mozliwosc') make use of a question and answer forum. In this way they have 'a' (niepotr) contact with people from all over the world.
Dophne thinks that the universities should spend more time at ingniting student's creativity and talkING with them.
The active learning enables students to improve their skills, grades and 'interst' (ortog). She 'draw an' (nie, tu masz zle, to 'drew attention) attention to 'that' (nie, to jest zle, tutaj 'the fact that') people of all ages should learn. 'This' (ja dalabym 'such' talent can make the world a better place.

I think that music is some kind of 'escaping' (nie, tutaj 'escapism') 'of' (from) your day-to-day life.
