Dear Sir/Madam (tutsaj dajemy przecinek)
I am writing to express my total dissatisfaction about the service I received during my stay at THE Grand Hotel from the 2th to the 5th of October (ale rok chyba jest tajemnica? W jaki sposob ktos moze zgadywac?). I've never seen a hotel with such poor 'conditions' (to nie jest najlepsze slowo).
(brak przedimka) bedding was stained and there was rubbish under the bed .I asked the staff to change (przedimek) bedding but they refused. To make 'the' (niepotr) matters worse I saw worms in the bathroom. It was awful when I saw a worm next to my foot. (To nie byly worms, ale napewno 'slugs' )
I pointed 'it' (zle slowo, tutaj THIS) out to the hotel service but they ignored me.
I hope not to be treated 'lightly' (ciekawe - a w jaki sposob mozesz byc 'treated heavily'?) and I feel that I am entitled to compensation for this inconvenience during my holiday.
Note: Jak poprawiasz, to prosze to robic bezblednie. Masz problemy z przedimkami (a, an, the).
