12 o'clock Inroduction and first part,
15 o'clock Lunch hour, czemu nie "coffee break" ?
15.15 o'clock Second part and conclusion.

Może być "training program" zamiast "Training agenda" też ujdzie ale zwróć uwagę na pisownię. Słowo 'program' używa się raczej w IT (computer) kontekstach ;-)

Jeżeli jest jednodniowa afera do napisz 'odbędzie sie w dniu... w godz od .... do .... (bo się zaczyna i kończy w tym samym dniu, co nie?)
