Kawa to napój z odpowiednio przygotowanych ziaren kawowca.

How coffee affects the human body?

We have been struggling with myths regarding coffee for hundreds of years, but nowadays we can avail ourselves of what scientific research have discovered. Scientists are trying to check whether the coffee indeed affects the heart and causes insomnia but they also studied its relation to slimming down.

Coffee is a drink made of correctly prepared coffee beans from the Coffea plant. It originates from Ethiopia and when it reached Europe, dealers of other beverages immediately strived to destroy the competition and spread the most bizarre information about coffee. It was reported in the newspapers that coffee is not a decoction of overseas plants but a disgusting beverage made of old shoes.

Research on the effects of coffee and tea on the human body were conducted a long time ago. Supposedly, king Gustav III of Sweden decided to personally verify the harmfulness of those drinks, but not on his own body. The twins sentenced to death were offered a mitigation of sentence to life imprisonment but in exchange, they were supposed to drink a few cups of beverage a day – one of them coffee, the other tea. Besides this difference, they had the same, good living conditions. The aim of this experiment was to determine who will live longer and if they will die an antagonizing death. Years went by and the twins lived peacefully, albeit in confinement. The doctor who supervised prisoners passed away, so did another one, eventually Gustav III of died too. And the twins lived on. The first twin died aged 83 – the one who drank the tea. As you can see, coffee neither kills nor contributes to premature death.

Coffee is neither good nor bad. Nowadays, it is known that the individual response to coffee is diverse, if only because everyone of us is different. Indeed, caffeine influences the release of stored body fat, but it will be helpful only under certain conditions. The body begins to burn about 13 per cent more calories just in 10 minutes after drinking coffee. But you need to move to do so. Even drinking a few dozen cups of coffee will have no effect, if you remain at rest.

We have been struggling with myths regarding coffee for hundreds of years, but nowadays we can avail ourselves of what scientific research 'have' (tutaj research 'has') discovered.
Scientists are trying to check whether the coffee indeed affects the heart and causes insomnia (tutaj potrzeba przecinek) but they also 'studied' (zly czas, dlaczego zmieniasz czas w ciagi zdania?) its relation to slimming 'down' (wg mnie niepotr).

Coffee is a drink made of 'correctly' (wg mnie zle slowo) prepared coffee beans from the Coffea plant. It originates from Ethiopia and when it reached Europe, dealers of other beverages immediately 'strived' (wg mnie to jest zle, slyszalam o 'strove' - ale to moze byc b. starodawne, sprawdze w moim slowniku - tak, strove jest o.k. to taki sam czasownik jak 'drove'-jechal) to destroy the competition and spread the most bizarre information about coffee. It was reported in the newspapers that coffee is not a 'decoction' (slowo jest ok, sprawdzilam) of overseas plants but a disgusting beverage made of (tutaj mozna dodac 'smelly') old shoes.

Supposedly, 'king' (wg mnie duza litera) Gustav III of Sweden decided to personally verify the harmfulness of those drinks, but not on his own body. 'The' (niepotr) Twins sentenced to death were offered a mitigation of sentence to life imprisonment but in exchange, they were supposed to drink a few cups of beverage a day – one of them coffee, the other tea.
The doctor who supervised (brak przedimka) prisoners passed away, so did another one, eventually Gustav III of died too.

Coffee is a drink made of 'correctly' (wg mnie zle slowo) prepared coffee beans from the Coffea plant.

Scientists are trying to check whether the coffee indeed affects the heart and causes insomnia (tutaj potrzeba przecinek) but they also 'studied' (zly czas, dlaczego zmieniasz czas w ciagi zdania?) its relation to slimming - racja, czy tutaj mogę pociągnąć całe zdanie w Present Continuous? Byłoby "Scientists are trying to check whether coffee (bez żadnego przedimka, prawda?) indeed affects the heart and causes insomnia, but they are also studying its relation to slimming.

Zielonosiwy - 1; czy "How does coffee affect human body?" będzie tu ok? 3 - poprawione.
the human body
Ostatnie zrobiłem tak: "How does coffee affect the human body?"

Jeszcze co do Coffee is a drink made of 'correctly' (wg mnie zle slowo) prepared coffee beans from the Coffea plant. [oryginał: Kawa to napój z odpowiednio przygotowanych ziaren kawowca. ]

https://www.diki.pl/slownik-angielskiego?q=suitably
well-prepared albo properly prepared
Wersja finalna. Coś dodać/ująć/zmienić?:)

How does coffee affect the human body?

We have been struggling with myths regarding coffee for hundreds of years, but nowadays we can avail ourselves of what scientific research has discovered. Scientists are trying to check whether coffee indeed affects the heart and causes insomnia, but they also are studying its relation to slimming.

It originates from Ethiopia and when it reached Europe, dealers of other beverages immediately strived to destroy the competition and spread the most bizarre information about coffee.
