The way I eat has changed a lot lately. I used to eat unhealthy when I was a little boy, chocolate, crisps chips and Coca-Cola was on the menu. I used to go to McDonald's several times a month. Time passes and I was became continuously thick. With time, I put on weight a lot. But I decided to change it - it was my New Year's resolution.

I am on a low-calorie diet now. My menu suits me perfectly. I eat porridge and drink cups of strong coffee every morning. Then, I usually eat a slice of wholemeal bread with ham and an apple. When it comes to dinner, I normally eat just the second course. It's usually rice with some salad, lettuce or vegetables and some soya chops or pieces of chicken breasts. My supper consists of a piece of a wholemeal bread with a slice of cheese. I try to drink only still mineral water and eat plenty of vegetables and fruits. I do not devour sweets like I used to. It's been two weeks since I last ate a chocolate bar. I eat and drink some special supplements twice a day: fat burner, vitamins, and protein cocktail. So far, my favourite dish is scramble eggs.

In order to prepare it, you need to have the following ingredients: three large eggs, milk, butter, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Crack one to three large eggs in a bowl. Add a splash of milk. Add a dash of pepper and salt. Beat with a fork or whisk until well combined. Heat a skillet over a medium-low flame. Melt 1/2 tbsp. of butter in the skillet. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet. Let the eggs cook undisturbed until they begin to set, then stir them off the bottom of the pan gently. Continue cooking until the eggs are the consistency you like. Stir cheese or any other additions into the eggs 1 or 2 minutes before you're going to serve them.

I like the way I eat now because I have lost three kilograms for the last two weeks. I hope to lose about fifteen kilograms this year.
