Dear Mr Bolton,
Regarding to the publication in your in-flight magazine I would like to show
you some features, which in opinion our holiday club should be changed, to improve quality your service. I am the organizer of many trips and my club always use Enterprise Airline Company. It will be better also for all members, if you mend your attendance. We prepared a short description of topics, which in our opinion should be changed.
Firstly we think that the menu should be extended. The food has been made
worse since last year. What is more there is no choice for vegetarians.
Another thing, which does not have a good influence on opinion about your
service, is that sometimes baggage is lost. One of the members said it has happenedthree times till now for him.
We are very glad that staff of EAC is such good, but the fault is that they can
communicate only with people who speaks English. That is also the reason why they cannot help with children, who are bored because of shortage any entertainment for them. It would be nice if they could watch movies or play games for example.
Children are also your customers and they are neglected at the moment.
It is very gainful that there is such a big choice of destination. It has grown highly comparing year 2004. What is more the flight have become much more
cheaper. But still not everything is as good as it should. There are passengers more demanding and should be choice to have more legroom, even if it is necessary to pay some extra money.
We suggested a few improvements but still are really pleased because of those
changes.
