Dear Sirs,
I am regret to inform you a TV which I bought from you on 23rd of February 2007 for Ł500 does not work.
The problems with my TV began after I turned it on. Then on screen I saw a black and white lines. I moved a cable and I saw a picture but black and white and I did not heard anything. When I am trying turned over programmers, the TV hang up.
I have chose this product, because I think is a very good company and you will help me. I would like you give me a new TV or return the money.
