Unemployment is the 'condition' (nie, lepiej STATE) of not having a job when a person is employable. It may cause financial difficulties, malnutrition, illness
(all of which are) major sources of mental stress and loss of self-esteem. It
may lead to depression and health problemS. In extreme situations 'an' (niepotr)
alienatION and 'a' (bez 'a') poverty can lead a man to come into conflict with the law.
During 'A' long considerATION of the problem 'came into my sight' (nie, zla kol slow into my sight came) two major causes of 'the' (bez the) unemployment.
'Unemployed can be every one' (Nie, Everyone can be unemployed-age is no barrier) aside from age. Young 'persons' (PEOPLE) (such as) school leavers are often out-of-work because they are unskilled. Employers do not seek (albo 'want') people without professional experience. 'They aren't supported' (nie rozumiem tego zdania tutaj - kto ma ich popierac?)
People in middle-agE (albo lepiej Middle-aged people) are a numerous group of unemployed in Poland. THIS IS because of economic transformations, technological changes AND A 'fall' (REDUCTION) of CERTAIN branches of industry. After the restructuring 'a work was wasted' (nie rozumiem tego) by many miners, metallurgists AND dockyard workers. Retraining courses are often inaccessible in some regions so people REMAIN 'long-terM jobless' (jobless for a very long time).
The unemployment has a negative effect for 'a' (bez 'a') state. Productivity of
the economy decreases, so 'especially a government' (governments especially) should (use everything in their power to) counteract IT. (Lepiej...Instead, they give unemployment benefits TO PEOPLE. Retraining courses are organized to make 'possible learning' (zla kol slow - learning possible) FOR a new proFeSSion.
