Dear Sir,

I am writing to complain about the equipment I have bought recently from your company.
I have been on holiday and I have bought your mp3 player. I have decided to purchase it due to low price and good appearance. Unfortunately, I have received the broken one. It was scratched on the top and the cover of battery was broken. I didn’t even try to play music on it; the first thing I did was putting it back into the box.
I would be grateful if I could to get the full refund or a new mp3. I hope it will be undertaken proper steps to solve this problem. I am waiting for hearing from you. Thank you for your help.

I have been on holiday and I have bought your mp3 player. (tutaj masz 2 idea, nierozumiem polaczenia bycia na holiday i buying something)

Unfortunately, I 'have' (niepotr) received 'the' A broken one. It was scratched on the top and the cover of THE battery was broken. I didn't even try to play
music on it; the first thing I did was 'putting' PUT it back into the box.
I would be grateful if I could 'to' (niepotrz) get 'the' A full refund or a new mp3.(player) I hope 'it will' (nie - 'that you will undertake) 'be undertaken'(niepotr) 'proper' (mozna satisfactory, adequate, appropriate) steps to solve this problem.
I (tutaj mozna 'shall be waiting to hear...)am waiting 'for hearing' TO HEAR from you (mozna dodac 'very soon').
