There are many differences between men and women as leaders.

Nowadays, the issue about differences between and women as leaders is brought up very often.
Specialist claim that the most important difference between women and men leadership style is self-confidence. Men have higher self-confidence whereas women mostly don’t believe in own abilities. It’s caused also by many stereotypes which discriminate against women in business (for example ‘glass ceiling effect’).
Secondly good leader has to be strong and resistant to stress. Unfortunately women have more sensitive and weaker disposition than men.
Moreover, women aren’t so effective in decision making. Female leaders have docile and considerate attitude to their subordinates. In my opinion it’s actually positive aspect of female leadership style. Women can contact and reach agreement with team. As a result a good communication is necessary to motivate the employees.
In conclusion, it’s the fact that there are many differences between men and women as leaders but still it isn’t the answer who is better leader- women or men.

In conclusion, 'it's' IT IS 'the' A fact that there are many differences between
men and women as leaders, (przecinek) but still 'it' (ale co?) (chyba inne slowo) 'isn't' IS NOT the answer who is better AS leaderS- women or men.

P.S.Ten tekst napisałam na podstawie artykułu Doroty Gaworskiej„Kobieta liderem. Teoria wiary we własne zdolności” i szczerze mówiąc jest dość kontrowersyjny, choć dużo w nim prawdy.
