'Closing shopping centres on Sundays and holidays-adavantages and disadavantages'

In our times shopping centres are very popular. People go there for shopping but also to relax for example the go to the cinema or cafe. Many of malls are open on Sundays and holidays. but is it better to close them? I would like to consider adventages and disadventages.
First argument for is a fact that employees can spend more time with theirs families. However most employees are women. They need time for children.
Secondly we as a customers should spend more time with a family too. Day off is for rest(ing?) and for spending time with friends and family.

Besiedes employees should not work on Sundays or holidays because of religion. First of five commandments says that on Sundays people should refrain from working (codzi mi tutaj o 5 przykazań kościelnych a pieerwsze z nich: W niedziele i święta nakazane uczestniczyć we mszy św. i powstrzymywac sie od prac niekoniecznych)
However there are disadvantages. Firstly most of the people like doing shopping on sundays or holidays because they have more free time. On weekdays after work they come back to home very tired.
Secondly closing shopping on these days is also a problem for mall's owners because profits are decreasing. Fewer people are coming for sgopping on Sundays.
Finally if employee wants to earn more money on Sunday he can not do this because of closed shops.
In conclusion we can finf good and bas sides of closing shops on sundays and holidays. Close or not-it should depends of owner not a government or religon.
