PROŚBA o sprawdzenie i pomoc!!

Bardzo proszę o sprawdzenie krótkiego wypracowania na temat e-maili, oraz bardzo proszę o pomoc w ułożeniu i przetumaczeniu paru zdań. Właśnie nie wiem jak napisać takie zdanie-

"Zaczynając należało by wspomnieć czym w ogóle jest e-mail." - jak przetłumaczyć to zdanie?? To begin with... co dalej??
