Cogito is an interesting biwekly magazine destined for young people especiallyfor student of seconadry schools. The general editor is Ola Siewko but with te editorial office cooperate many secialists.
First of all I have to pay attention on the cover.It is colourful and usually presentsa famous young artist and that is the reason why it attract attention of many people. What is more the cover contains headlines of the best article. It is a good marketing gimmick. The headlines read very and it tempt and persuade us to buy the magzaine.
The whole magazine is divided into two parts: life and education. In the first part there are many articles conected with the problem of teenegers. The editorial, reportages and stories have well matched style with the age of reader and it makes cogito readable and clear. The big advantages is that we can find in the articles specialists’ opinion. It is very helpful because we can know the professional view and draw conclusions.
The second part – “Education” is very useful in school. It ‘s pages include materials referd to several school subjects. Thanks to it we can be better prepered for tests and exams. Waht is more these pages cointains revision for matura exam of different subjects. Ever edition describes one or two major in detail therefore it gives usan opportunity to see more about our future studies and facilitate the choice. In addition in the Cogito there are also cultural pages. They presente reviews of premiere and the news form music and book world as result we know on what to go to the cinema onad which book read in free time. Of course in such a magazine there have to be humor pages show funny situation and jokes from studnet’s life for this reason we can laugh at ourselves. Cogito’s design perfectly harmonize withtexts. It is aesthetic and pleasant for eyes. Furthemore the pothographs are very realistic. They minor the topics of the articles and enrich their matter.
Taking everything into account this in my opinion the magazine is noticeable because of it’s writting style and interesting articles and reportages. I ma encouraging every student of high school to subcrise to a magazine. If you don’t read it you won’t know what exellent magazine means
