Could you check it, please?:)
Dear Mr. Smith
I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with your article about College Children’s Party organized by students of Blackstone College last week. I hold it to be wrongful.
We asked parents of children participating in the event to complete a questionnaire about it. Here are the results.
First, about 82% of the parents were satisfied with the happening. They claimed their children really enjoyed being there. It is true that there weren’t enough rides for all the kids (we didn’t expect such a popularity of the occasion), but we had assured other ways of entertainment, for example clowns and jugglers, so that each child could have some fun. As a result – 83% of the parents approved the rides and 95% - the live actions.
I cannot deny that there was none food supply by half past two, but, as we wrote in direct mails –we had scheduled refreshments only from 12 to 2 o’clock p.m. I understand the part of your article about the area map’s layout. We will undoubtedly try to prepare it better next time.
I feel really bad about your writing about us spending tax payers’ money. We organized the party on our own so the money were coming from our, student’s, pockets too.
I hope you will give this matter to your further attention and explain the problem properly in the next number the newspaper.
Yours sincerely
