Dear Mr White
I am writing to complain about the mobile phone i bought on last Monday of March.
In fact, I am very dissatisfied with your services. I had to expect to my buy two weeks ( normally it takes about few days) and you did not replay to my e-mail I had sent to you earlier.
I would like to make a complain about the mobile phone I bought which is faulty in my opinion.
First of all it have scratched surface. It looks like the product was using by someone in the past.
Secondary the instructions and guarantee quart are missing.
I hope it will be possible for you and your company to exchange this mobile phone for the another one or have money back.
