Romeo and Juliet
This is the story of the love of Romeo and Juliet. Juliet was a daughter of Lord Capulet and Romeo was a son of Lord Montague. The Capulets and the Montagues were two important families in the city of Verona who had a terrible quarrel.
Count Paris asked Capulet for Juliet's hand in marriage. Capulet thought she's too young, but invited him to a feast. Capulet sent the servant out to invite other guests to the feast. Romeo saw in the guests list, that Rosaline, will be at the party in Capulet’s house. Romeo, Mercutio and Benvolio, put on hats to hide their faces and went to the feast. Romeo arrived to feast at the Capulet house in hopes of meeting Rosaline. Romeo saw Juliet and said to himself that this is the first time when he saw true beauty. He forgot about Rosaline.
After feast, Romeo went to Capulet's garden. He saw Juliet on her balcony. They agreed to marry. With help Friar Laurence they are married secretly next day. A little later on the same day Tybalt met Mercutio and they started fight. Tybalt killed Mercutio. When Romeo saw it, he wanted to fight with Tybalt and Tybalt fell dead. The Prince of Verona, the Montagues and the Capulets arrived. Prince said Romeo must leave the city and never return, if I find Romeo in Verona he will die. Lady Capulet told Juliet that Paris would like to marry her tomorrow. Juliet said she don’t want to be his wife. Juliet visited Friar Laurence for help and he offered her a potion which will make her appear dead for 42 hours. The Friar promised to send a messenger to inform Romeo about plan. On the night before wedding she took a potion. The nurse and Juliet’s parents saw Juliet is dead. Romeo arrived and he thought Juliet is dead and he drunk the poison. Juliet woke up and she found dead Romeo. Juliet took Romeo’s dagger and pushed it into her own heart.
Capulets and Montagues reconciled by their children’s deaths and agree to end terrible quarrel.
