Trident's Report
The purpose of this report is to evaluate Trident's new generation of mobile phones on the strength of the surveys and few opinions given by the customers. It will help to outline the current service in reference to the clients needs in order to improve quality of the products.
The advantages
There were complaints about the recharching inconvenients of the battery which was said to be poor.
Besides that, customers commented that the price-quality relationship of the radio is inadequate.
Also WAP service was said to have limited value.
The disadvantages
Clients are generally pleased with the Text Messages which was felt to be cheap and effective. The built-in digital camera was considered very good quality. Colour display screen was thought to be satisfactory but it was commented that made no difference to the customers.
To sum up, it appears that Trident's mobiles requires few improvements. I think that Trident's should give more attention to reliability and price of the phone rather than the it's gadgets. In the light of these conclusions, I would stronly recommened to improve efficiency of the battery. Also radio needs to be upgraded. In addition I think that idea of the wap service and voice recorded should be abandoned. This will lower the cost of the phone and make the offer far more accessible for the customers.
